Products & Formulation
What makes Vellum Labs different from other supplement brands?
Three things: transparent labeling (no proprietary blends — ever), clinically effective dosages (not pixie-dust amounts), and third-party testing on every batch. We built this for people who actually read labels and check the research.
Do you use proprietary blends?
No. Every ingredient and its exact dosage is listed on the label. Proprietary blends are how brands hide the fact they're under-dosing expensive ingredients. We don't play that game.
Are your products third-party tested?
Yes. Every production batch is independently tested for purity, potency, heavy metals, and microbial contamination. We don't self-grade our homework.
Where are your products manufactured?
All Vellum Labs products are manufactured in the United States in GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) certified facilities.
Can I take multiple Vellum Labs products together?
Our products are designed to work together as a stack. That said, everyone's physiology is different. If you're on medication or have a specific health condition, check with your healthcare provider before combining supplements. We're not your doctor — we're your supplement team.
How long until I notice results?
Depends on the product. Some compounds like caffeine or nootropic stacks can produce noticeable effects within days. Others — NAD+, Resveratrol, Berberine — are playing a longer game, with benefits compounding over 4-8 weeks of consistent use. Think of it like compound interest for your biology.
Ingredients & Safety
Are your products vegan?
Most of our capsule products use plant-based capsules. The Whey Protein Isolate is dairy-derived. Check individual product pages for specific dietary information.
Do your products contain allergens?
Allergen information is listed on every product label. Our Whey Protein Isolate contains milk. All products are manufactured in a facility that may process common allergens — always check the label if you have sensitivities.
Are there any side effects?
Our products use ingredients with well-documented safety profiles at established dosages. That said, individual responses vary. If you experience anything unexpected, discontinue use and consult a healthcare provider. We list all ingredients transparently so you and your doctor can make informed decisions.
Shipping & Orders
How fast do you ship?
Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days. Standard delivery is 3-5 business days within the US. We don't do "high-latency" shipping either.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently shipping within the United States. International shipping is on our roadmap — stay tuned.
What's your return policy?
If you're not satisfied, reach out within 30 days of purchase. We'll make it right. We'd rather have you try our products with zero risk than hesitate because of a bad return policy.
Do you offer subscriptions?
Not yet — but it's coming. For now, you can reorder anytime. We'll let our email list know first when subscriptions launch.
